It came out ok. Not as good as my moms of course. I will have to mess with the recipe a little bit to get it right. I just substituted the eggs with egg replacer. The batter was too dry after mixing everything so I added more water. When I get it right I will post the recipe.
Still raining still so windy. Should be gone tomorrow though!
