blueberry muffins and snow

Even though I've been home a lot with the snowstorm we had, falling on ice and Dave going out of town the weekend, I haven't had time to post anything! Really all I've been doing to sitting watching netflix and crocheting.
The morning of the snowstorm I tried out making these blueberry muffins from a cookbook my mom got me for Christmas. Every recipe I have tried from Quick and Easy Vegan Comfort Food has been super good (especially the tofu scramble!!)

Then we ate them all day and drank coffee and hot chocolate watching this happen

Friday morning Dave left to go to Philly for some shows. I didn't do much but restart a hat 5 times until finally I finished it! I also ran some errands and hungout with some friends.
