The Adventures of Elinor and Daddy

It was snowing when we woke up this morning and we opened the blinds and asked Elinor what's going on outside. She told us it's Elsa. I think she has listened/watched Frozen too many times. This weekend we went to the movies for the sing along. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was the movie with words at the bottom of the screen when a song came on. Of course Elinor loved it. She stood up in my lap (we were in the back row), sang every word and doing all the motions. She has about every move from Let It Go down. There is a part when Elsa takes off her tiara and throws it. Then she lets her hair down and runs her fingers through it. Elinor gets a super serious face, pretends to throw her tiara off and lets her "hair" down. There weren't many people in the theater and only a few people were singing along. Dave and I were crying from laughing so hard at Elinor singing.

This weekend Elinor and Dave took it easy. They went to the mall for Dave to get a new phone. She loved the apple store with the preloaded iPads out on the kids table. Dave said she just sat so nicely while he got everything sorted out. Then they played in the kids play area in the mall. Those always scare me. Not only because germs but there are always super rough kids that no one seems to be watching. I've had to yell at a 12 year old one time for knocking her down the stairs to the slide. 12! But Dave said this time it was a small group of little girls playing nicely. After they picked me up from class we went to see Frozen. Sunday they spent the day at his mom's. Elinor completely takes over mums house. Sorry mum! We even got a small date in. He came to take a class with me after my training and then we went out to eat. I had a rough day at training so it was perfect.

posing for a picture so I could show my parents the dress they sent her. The dress is size 12-18 months. She's such a peanut.
When daddy paints with you, you get a way cooler painting.
