Elinor is really into crafts lately. She really likes coloring and painting. I remember wishing she would be into any type of art. I have a couple of crafts I did when I worked in a daycare and when I nannied that I love to do every year.

Ghost footprints are always fun. After we made the ghosts, she wasn't done. I added more colors and laid down a big sheet of paper to run around on. She kept pointing to the paper and saying "hands?".

Another fun craft we did was cutting out an outline of her hands and gluing them onto a tree that Dave had drawn for her. We haven't really done any crafts yet with glue so I think she didn't get what we were doing at first. I know there is a book I've checked out before about trees in the fall that I will have to find again for her. I need to plan ahead next week and match our books with our crafts for the week.
