vegan sugar cookies

We made sugar cookies this week. I have tried different recipes over the years but they never turned out perfect. I found one that sounded promising on pinterest. You can find the recipe over at Maple Spice. There is a recipe in the beginning but if you scroll down there is an updated version which is what we used. To make the frosting, I basically used the recipe from Veggie Kids. I made the frosting thinner so it was more of an icing.
We loved them over! I didn't even send any to work with Dave like I usually do. If you try these out, let me know how you like them!
