A couple weeks ago I found a recipe on jenloveskev that I wanted to try. Earlier this week we finally got around to making it. We switched yellow peppers for celery because 1 Dave hates celery and 2 it was something we already had in the house. Jen has a recipe for garlic toast with it which looks really good but we made vegan grilled cheese instead.
There was tons leftover! Which is great since I was getting/am now sick. Does anyone else use a Neti Pot? This things are amazing. If my body didn't ache I would feel 100% better after using it.
