Awhile ago on the Fred Perry Japan site I saw super cute ruffle shorts. I wanted them but kept checking the US site and never found them again. Last weekend at Forever 21 I pulled out a skirt on the rack to show Dave how short it was and it was actually ruffle shorts! I wasn't completely sold on them but when I got home after trying them with a couple outfits I loved them.
