vegan spinach dip

I mentioned to Dave I really wanted spinach dip. Being the best boyfriend he looked up a couple recipes and mixed together his own version.
He used:
tofutti creamcheese
tofutti sour cream
a couple scoops of vegenaise
nutritional yeast
spinach
artichokes
daiya moz cheese
and a loaf of pumpernickel bread

It was very tasty and we still have leftovers!

  1. It grossed me out to add the veganaise to it but it made it taste better in the end!
