Of course we were going to make an apple pie and apple sauce. I found a recipe for raw applesauce. It was super easy, healthy and delicious! I have used so many different recipes for apple pies but I want to try this one out. Maybe today during nap time I will work on it and let you know. By the Way the French Onion Soup I posted about before...not good. I was very bummed.
I also have plans to make apple pancakes and apple pie oatmeal. Apple everything! I need to work of some pumpkin flavored treats. I have some cans sitting around.
1 Banana
1 1/3 cups Oatmeal
1/3 cup Coconuts
1/3 cup Raisins
walnuts
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
We greased a mini muffin pan with coconut oil. After mixing everything together and pushing them into the tin, top each on with a scoop of almond butter and strawberries. Let the muffins set in fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.
Oh! and I had to edit to add a link to my favorite apple cider donut recipe! We make these every year and they don't stay around long. I'm planning on trying to make them gluten free from some friends soon!
