teaching next Sunday

I am teaching a power yoga class at Merge Dance Studio in Manayunk, Sunday the 15th at 5pm. This is perfect if you are looking to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility. It is only $8 and for all levels. 

Bring your mat/block/towel/water/whatever you need for your practice and come have fun!
