barn babies

Cambridge libraries are doing special event throughout the summer. One I knew we HAD to go to was to see the barn babies. They brought in different animals to learn about/play with. Dorie of course loved but so did Elinor and Henri. Dave came with us that day and was a huge help bringing the babies into each gated area to see the animals.
It was so hard to get pictures because of squirmy animals and babies. I did get a couple blurry ones on my phone though
goat!
Dorie getting puppy kisses and Henri trying to break in (he did get a turn in there but got a little too excited when he was up close with the puppy)
this little pig was wild! He was so happy to have friends visiting
 babies and puppies!
I missed what happened right before this but Dave said she giggling and softly touching the chicken

Puppies

We are home! It was an awful snowy drive to Salem from Ohio but Dave did it! We got home at 2am this morning but they hadn't touched our parking lot and all the emergency lots were full. We had to drive back to the highway and get a hotel in our own town! I was a little upset/hungry/tired/JUST WANTED TO BE HOME! But this morning I felt better and now I'm sitting in front of the fire with no plans to leave at least until Wednesday.
I have tons of pictures to post from our trip so I will break them up. Sorry in advance I know my family will want to see all of these.
One of the best parts of going home
To see all of the puppies I miss! Pudgy can be a brat and is so spoiled but he is now blind and can barely hear. He has to wear clothes because he is losing all of his hair. It is so sad seeing him now but he doesn't seemed bothered by any of it.

My mom had these glasses you put on and it turns the lights into stars or snowmen. Dave held one to the lens and took a picture. If you see the lights on the wreath they are little snowmen!

Alabama

We took some pictures at the office yesterday and Alabama(the office dog) had to be a part.
Yesterday my friend Allison sent me a link to make your own single ingredient ice cream. It's super easy and vegan! You can find the recipe here
While I was washing the food processor I asked Dave to take a picture of it. He made it look so fancy with the strawberry in it!

We are heading to NY today. As soon as I get ready and Dave finishes putting up new preorders on his website. Hopefully pictures to come!
