Along with a complete outfit, Zylie came with a passport, diary, map and a hardback Zylie book. The book is super cute story about Zylie and her little brother Theo on an adventure in NYC. I love how Zylie encourages adventures since that is completely what our family is about.
The morning after we received Zylie, Elinor was again dragging her all around the house while we got ready for the day. We had plans to meet up with Dave's mom and go to Lucky Penny Farm. It is a Alpaca farm that was opening to the public for the day. Everyday before leaving I tell Elinor to go grab a friend to bring. I wasn't surprised when she ran to her Zylie. I fashioned a sling for her since she is little and it would make it easier to hold.
At the farm we saw alpaca, chickens, roosters, dogs, swung in a hammock, checked out craft tables and so much more. The whole time Zylie was right at Elinor's side.
As a family that loves adventures and finding new things to do, we love Zylie. I already know for someones upcoming birthday and holidays we are going to have to pick up some new clothes for Zylie.

Does Zylie sound like a perfect gift for someone you know? You can find your Zylie the Bear at Toys R Us locations and at FAO Schwarz on 59th Street & 5th Avenue in NYC.
Can't make it to FAO Schwarz? Head to twitter on Monday November 18th from 8-9pm to win a Zylie the Bear. RSVP for the twitter party here http://bit.ly/18ayzVC.
Good luck! I hope you have as much fun with your Zylie the Bear as we have.
I love the pictures of Elinor and Zylie. Zylie sounds like the perfect bear for kids. The older ones were not very movable for small hands
ReplyDeleteIt is so easy to make Zylie sit up by herself. Elinor gets frustrated trying to sit up of animals
DeleteZylie seems to be the perfect size for your daughter!
ReplyDeleteI thought she was a little too big for Elinor to carry around but Zylie is so light, it is easy for her
DeleteFirst of all, your Elinor is adorable!
ReplyDeleteSecond, my daughter has a bear that she used to drag everywhere...vacations, hospital, school. I hope Elinor has a good time with Zylie as my kid did, does.
It's so funny how attached they get to their toys.
DeleteLove Zylie! We actually ran into Mary Beth the owner this weekend at FAO. Totally unexpected. I think it's going to be a big winner this holiday season! And your little one... incredibly cute with her Zylie doll!
ReplyDeletethank you! she won't leave without her!
DeletePictures of the adventures of Ellie and Zylie should be put into a photo book. I love looking at them
ReplyDeletehaha yes! they are best friends
DeleteI LOVE LOVE LOVE your images with Zylie! So cute. Doesn't hurt that your daughter is a DOLL herself! xo =)
