4 months

A year ago today (the day we left for Iceland) we went the dr and found out this tiny tiny little baby was the reason I had been sick. I wouldn't change any of the sickness for anything. I can't believe it has already been a year since we found out. Those last couple of months of pregnancy seemed like they would never end! Now I'm sitting here typing with one hand while this big baby sits in my lap chewing on my other hand.

Now on to some big girl news!
Elinor's little personality has came out so much in the last couple of weeks. She found her out her voice (scream) is for more than just crying. She rolls and rolls and is starting to sit up. Every night when we get home she has naked time on her playmat (I may have wrote about this before). This is when she is in her element and will roll way off her mat kicking and screaming (happy screams) at her toys. I have so many videos of naked time that I wish I could blur her bum so I could post. They are so funny.
Ellie is now 14 lb 10 oz, 24.5in and her head is 42.6cm! 58% in height, 72% in weight and 88% in head circumference! Sorry Elinor, daddy and I both have huge heads. She got 2 shots that she did pretty good with. We are heading to Philly today so I hope she just sleeps most the way. She has been super congested and has a runny nose. The Dr said her ears and throat look fine and since she hasn't had a fever it is either allergies or her teeth. Under special instructions or comments he wrote she is doing great!

These pictures were just too cute not to post

two months

Right now I have this little baby on my chest completely passed out. She woke up this morning in the best mood. She was smiling at everything. Even at the doctors we took her out of her carseat and she smiled at the pictures on the walls, the nurse as she was being weighed and while we read books waiting for the doctor. It was all perfect until that nurse stuck her with 2 shots! She held her breath with her face squished up until she turned the brightest red I've ever seen and then let out a scream. I tried feeding her right after but it took a little bit for her to calm down and realize what I was doing.

Elinor is now 11.6lbs and 22in. We weighed her on the scale and Dave's work so I already knew she was around 11lbs. She already is feeling feverish and extra sleepy and snuggly from the shots. I'm planning on snuggling her all night and tomorrow. Hopefully Saturday she is ready for her first flight!

You can check out her one month stats HERE! She looks so different already in a month!

this is on the way home after her appt. She was so mad at me :(
