Florida part 4

Ok, only one more Florida post after this I swear! The last park we went to was Animal Kingdom. I wasn't too impressed but we were told we just went on a bad day. It was insanely packed and hot. We didn't seem to see too many animals but now looking through the pictures I guess we did.

 On the safari ride the giraffes decided to cross the rode in front of us and wouldn't move. They were so close

 He made me want to cry. How sad is this??

After I picked Dorie up from school last week, we took a trip to the zoo. We hadn't been in so long. Since we didn't get there until after 2 it was empty and all the animals were right up in front of their cages. I've never seen it like that before. They also were starting to set up for zoolights that we usually go to every year. Dorie got excited at first that the rides were set up but I had to explain it wouldn't be open until later this month.

 There was a little boy next to her and they were growling at him. After giggles and growling the jaguar got mad and started showing its teeth. I wish I could a good picture of that

By the way, as of the 7th the baby should be here in a month! Dave is guessing earlier and I'm guessing later.

We went to Davis Farmland again yesterday. Then we let a friend borrow the camera this weekend so I won't have the pictures till Monday.

I'm babysitting all weekend and Dave is going to Philly to practice for the weekend. Hopefully I will have some time to work on the nursery a little!! So exciting! Everyone have a great weekend!

Last Friday we took Dorie to the Big Apple Circus! It was so much fun. It's a small circus and even though we were in the back we had no problem seeing everything. 

 so excited for it to begin!

 the whole time she was switching from her seat, to standing, to Dave's lap, to my lap...good thing we had a lot of room. It helped out friends were sitting next to us.
