father's day

yep...just now getting around to these pictures. For Father's Day we went to Davis Farmland. We love that place. It's a bummer that now Elinor can actually play and enjoy all parts of the farm, we move. They had special Father's day events like a free massage for dad and all dads were free that day. 

We started off playing and feeding the animals. Elinor was having so much fun until a goat bit her little fingers while she was feeding him. She was so sad and didn't want to be put down for awhile. Then she saw the baby goats and was ready to go again. 

Last year we went to the water park side but she was too little and not even crawling yet. She had a lot more fun this year! She didn't know what to think of the bubble pit.

It was a little chilly so we finished up quickly playing with water and went to one of the playgrounds. I'm telling you, this place is the best! We didn't even make it to the other playground. There is also a bouncy house.

Davis Farm

Wow I am so behind! I have so many pictures/videos I need to post.

Last Monday we took all the kids to the farm. It is so much fun bringing the babies places now since Henri can crawl and Elinor can sit. I felt guilty before bringing Dorie places and keeping them in the stroller the whole time. Davis farm is amazing! I was waiting with the stroller outside a gated area the Dave and Dorie went into, a worker came over and told me I can go in any area with the stroller. They are all so helpful and friendly there.

 Ellie was in the front seat until this cow bit her toe. She didn't cry but when she saw him again afterwards she cried so her and Henri switched spots

hi I'm back!

but not for long. We just got home last night and we are leaving Wednesday night to visit my family. Since I haven't got any of the pictures from our weekend off the camera yet I will finally post the pictures from the farm the other day.

So many animals! Dorie got to milk a goat, pet a snake, hold a baby chick and so much more. I guess we usually come at a time where they aren't doing any activities but we got lucky that day. We also went to the water park that is part of the farm. They had a huge blow up slip and slide that we couldn't get her off of and a bubble pit. The bubble pit was insane. The kids loved it but sometimes it would get so full you wouldn't be able to find our kid in the mess of bubbles. Oh and of course she "painted" her own face as soon as we walked in. All the parents are making their kids into dogs or butterfly faces, nope Dorie wants her own creation ha.

Hopefully I will be able to update from last weekend before we head out tomorrow!

We went to Davis Farmland again yesterday. Then we let a friend borrow the camera this weekend so I won't have the pictures till Monday.

I'm babysitting all weekend and Dave is going to Philly to practice for the weekend. Hopefully I will have some time to work on the nursery a little!! So exciting! Everyone have a great weekend!

davis farm

Last Thursday we went to Davis Farm. I love this farm. Even though it is pricier then the other farms around it is worth it. 

Now for an overload of pictures

Right at the end of the day and that guy stole her cup right after this picture. She was sad and told him that it is not nice to take things out of someones hands.

There is also a water park there but didn't open till June. We already promised to take her back when it opens. Expect more animal picture!
